Sears parts centers 1991 Utica Ave brooklyn ny 11234 718-629-0555 has everything I need in stock. I got parts for my refrigerator hot water heater and my furnace. Everything is up and running. This is the best Sears I have ever been too. I highly recommend this place

I had my washer and dryer for 6 years and never had any maintenance done. Of which I should have because I own a German shepard(hair). Jeremy H came to the rescue. He was professional and did an awesome job!

Extremely poor service. Scheduled an appointment more than a week in advance, was given a 4-Hour window for the technician to show up, waited for 4 hours on my day off for the technician to never show up, called in to try to find out what was going on, the garbage automated phone system they force you to use does not offer you an option to talk to a live representative to resolve an issue, and it was only through going through the online chat I was able to get a hold of anyone, which point I was informed the technician had b... read more
Refrigerator has not been cooling since August 30,2021. Technician came checked it, said a part had to be ordered and would not be in for two weeks. Two weeks went by the part was put on but did not correct the problem. I called Sears back to complain. Another TWOWEEK date was given for a technician to come out. We have a warranty on that refrigerator but that doesn’t seem to matter. November!!!!!!something is the new date

A & E Repair- said they were Sears Repairmen. The service repair men wired my double oven incorrectly while replacing/fixing the broiler element. It shorted out both ovens and the Home Warranty company refused to replace the oven. Clearly the fault of the repair persons. Then they refused to return to try to fix what they broke. I asked if they were insured in case something like this happened and guess what??? They aren't. Results-had to purchase entire new wall unit that cost over $3500.
