I was hesitant to call Sears since they no longer have a brick and mortar presence in our city. But, reviews were good on the service website and I gave it a shot. I was even more hesitant when routed to a call center. However, the representative answered immediately and was pleasant. She offered alternatives for the service agreement, but was not pushy. Refrigerator was operating but freezer was running a bit warm. Food was not fully frozen. Service tech arrived on 11/5 & while troubleshooting, a refrigerant line ruptured and discharged all the freon. Tech stated he could get me up and running with a new compressor and replacement of a few other parts for $635. He completed the repair and I paid for the service. They were able to come out within the week and fixed my dishwasher and cleaned my gas cooktop. Very reasonable price.

Fridge broke 112 days after repair, same issue, and they wouldn't repair it because they only cover 90 days. New company I used was half the cost as well.
