* Our tech was great. We got an early heads up when he was running a little late even though it was only by a few minutes, and he was quick and courteous and explained the problem and our options clearly.

Arrived on time, did what needed to be done; gave us good information and departed. He was pleasant, full of information and knew what he was talking about.
