Service by the technician was terrific. He was pleasant, professional, patient and answered all questions. He explained what he was doing. I would give him 5 stars. Your phone system, on the other hand sucks! It is not really a phone system, it's AI generated & can't deal with real world questions and situations. I spent several hours trying to access a human being, with little luck. When I did get one, & was shuttled from department to department. No one could find the 2 year Master Protection Plan I purchased 1.5 years ago... read more
