Had to understand the people that you talk to on the phone. Will try to sale you anything just to get your money.
Old condensate drip pan, galvanized steel, rusted up and clogged leaking water into the bottom tray of the refrigerator side. Bought a new drip pan, sprayed front, back, bottom and sides with Rustoleum metal primer and paint. Put 5-6 coats on over several days. Tech said this is a GE point of failure by design. Had this tray been made of plastic or aluminum, this failure point would never occur. He thinks we will not have this problem in the future with it being painted and sealed properly. 🤞🤞 I hope so…
Doesn't exist at this location.
Broke the bracket to my over the range microwave and left microwave setting in floor. The microwave was not fixed very disappointed.
