Technicians misdiagnosed problem & Sears would not issue refund for diagnosis even though they did not properly identify the problem. They quoted a cost for the part that they said needed to be replaced at twice the cost
Always arrives on time with no damage
Well this week is the 4th time they have been here to fix our fridge. We have lost over $600 of food each time. Totally we have been without a refrigerator 14 weeks. What good is the warranty when you have to go buy another fridge till the other one may work.
First visit came on time but with no parts.(I had told them exactly what I needed and model etc). Had to order parts. Two weeks later 2 of 3 parts in but would not return till third part arrived.( Is on backorder). Finally came to install oven parts which now works but burner still "on back order" 6 weeks later. Stove burner still inoperable. When I call they say "still back order with no idea when it will arrive" so stuck with inoperable burner. Will return burner money which was paid for but doesn't help stove not working.... read more
