3 months of 7 yes 7 missed appointments they just don't show-up after I've taken a day off for their guaranteed appointment is between 8am-5pm yeah right! Forgotten ordered parts, calling at 9pm asking if they could still come do the fix say yes but they never show. Calling the service center will get you someone on the other side of the world that could care less that the service guy is stalking my daughter! The service will call my daughter and just stopping by to say hi but fixes nothing took my $550.00 and 3 months later... read more
My refrigerator stopped working while under warranty. It took a month before the could look at my refrigerator. They called Sears to have them come back and they said the next appointment would be in a month. I talked to supervisors to get them back sooner and they said that’s all they could do. So I’m going on almost 3 months without a refrigerator which is still under warranty.
Technician was prompt, knowledgeable, explained each part of what he was doing. Fair price.
Tech was prompt, professional, informative.
