I have been waiting since Sept. for the technician to fix my freezer. He was a no show the first appt. The second appt. he said there was nothing wrong. My freezer keeps leaking. The third appt was a no show. The fourth appt. is after thanksgiving. WOW Great Customer service. I wont be buying any appliances from Sears. They lost my business.
1st and 2nd visit service call in and out with no attempt to fix the actual problem with the contract expiring in september 2017 which was er-if or 1f on the refridge panel. the 3rd visit which is oncoming this week for the same problem must be worked on or another service agent is needed that works......
My technician was friendly and did a wonderful job on diagnosing my problems. He came up with a great service plan that was affordable and did his magic fast and efficient.
Last year water heater indicator lights flashing 4 times, high temp exceeded. Tech said he had to flush system replace gas valve. He said keep temp at a lower level and that should prevent it from happening again but I could purchase the warranty from them which would cover the part and service call should it happen again. We also flush out our water heater every year. So we kept temp low. Last week, the water heater stopped heating and the indicater lights were flashing 4 times again. Sears Repair Service always performs exceptional technical support and outstanding customer service. The Sears Technician who addressed the problem of a refrigerator door that was not closing tightly. He immediately knew what was the mechanical problem, had the correct part to repair the door, and completed the job in 20 minutes. He also answered addional questions about the shelves. The gentleman assigned to our call was great. Showed up and not only fixed what the call was regarding but went above and beyond and fixed another issue related the the 1st. He also showed me why I was unable to move my stove and how to take the top off to clean the stove.
Called for service and was denied because of length of distance ! 1.7 miles .
