Diagnosed and Repaired fridge problem in 2 visits. Both techs were professional and knew what they were doing.

Service date was cancelled at 3:00 after having to take a day off work. Repairman did arrive for second appointment, was courteous and knowledgeable about product. Seemed to get appliance to work, but it stopped working again after 3 hours. Biggest complaint, I had questions and there is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY (that I could find) to talk to a live agent once you initial schedule.
