Would never recommend this place to anyone! Long story as short as possible but they are scammers! First the repair man lied to be about cost. It was $858 total and I asked how much for the parts. He stated about $500 so I thought ok $300 in labor. Well once he's left and I've already paid i look at receipts that he did not want me to look at even said don't worry about that one just sign this one. he didn't want me to see that it stated the part were only about $300. The Sears Protect Appliance did not comply with the contact we signed. I paid for the plan in January, and the contract was made effective on February 8. The first service was on February 19 and the technician stated that the service was not covered and I have to pay out of my pocket. He just gave me an estimate and charged $129. I scheduled the appointment again for the same issue. The technician came in March, made the repairs, I paid the $100 deductible and right after that I received 2 bills for $140 for the same service... read more
