Great job! Fixed our fridge!
The repair man was on time, called ahead to let me know he was on the way. Came in diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. Was very neat, and cleaned up behind himself. It was an overall great experience and I will use them again.
Jorge was outstanding! Very professional and knowledgeable. Quick to identify the problem, order the necessary parts and efficiently repaired. My only complaint was the time it took to schedule the follow up appointment and the 8 to 5 window that usually requires you to take the whole day because you cannot depend on the original ETA. Last Friday, I had an appointment and no one showed up or called. I just received another AI notice that I had requested it to be rescheduled which is not true.!
