Had trouble with my Craftsman lawn tractor. Tech arrived at designated date & time to assess the problem, offered solution & ordered parts necessary to effect repair. He showed up again, on time, & proceeded to do the promised repairs.In spite of the 100 degree heat, he was pleasant & professional, explaining every step & following through. Work area was left pristine & he stayed while I tried lawn tractor out to be sure it was fixed to satisfaction, We need more men like him out in the field!
Quick to respond and come out for repair and repair was quick had me back up and running in no time at all
They have rescheduled my service call 4 times since the middle of December. I found someone else to come out and repair my appliance. I will never call Sears again.
Need to reduce prices.
My washer stopped draining on Sunday night. Made an appt. online and Sears was out on Wed. The pump was a bit pricey, but better than a new washer, and the tech was AWESOME! Fast, honest, courteous, worked clean...just great! I've used them before and will again without hesitation!!
