Replace dry switch and cleaned
The technician, Barry, is excellent & tried hard to correct Sears' incompetence in creating an incorrect service address. When I saw the address was wrong, I "chatted" online 4 times with Sears agents who each told me they fixed it. It never was fixed. I could see on each email it wasn't fixed. Why couldn't their system see that? Barry had the wrong address, & the part was delivered to the wrong address.
