The technical support I got from sear was outstanding, The preson I was dealing with was a very nice preson he explained in detail my issues and how to keep from it happening again.. I give him a 10 out of 10 service..... 10
If you really want to get screwed by call Sears! The "tech" they sent to repair my Maytag washer did more damage that repair. I had a local repair company come and the Tech said, "Why didn't he remove the soap dispenser and use the manual override?" $413 to get screwed by Sears. Also, they have called me 8 time to reschedule the repair. I suspect this is how the get rid of customers that complain.
Hea my Ice maker broke and I called Sears and they came right on in and fixed it. Can you say Ice-Ice-baby. Thank You Sears we need Ice it is hot outside.
very bad service, we have problem with out whirlpool fridge, all liquid items get frozen, technician came twice and did different things without any results, now he is coming third time tomorrow
Appointment was made for our appliannce, techenician came out, found out what the problem was. Part was ordered re-schedule appointment was made. Techenician return, repaired the problem in a timely manner. Technician was very knowledgeable in repairing our microwave. Great job sears!
