Very professional service who was very personable. I always have had good experience with the Sear's repair people.
Steve, gave good service, repairs, and advice, which is what we needed. Based on his advice we had the dryer repaired and bought a new washer.
John, Sears Tech who fixed our dryer last Friday was courteous, honest and gave us excellent customer service.
Our Sears technician was phenomenal. He went out of his way to make sure he fixed my mom's washer. There was a wiring issue, which was going to be and issue if he couldn't repair the problem. Kim our repair Technician # 710566, she work in our Kenmore Elite Refrigerator, She did and excellent work with her partner and both very professional. We are happy with the job and happy to have Protection Plan help a lot.
Randy, our service man, worked on our washing machine...he knows his stuff, he's clean, respectful and experienced. I am very happy with the service he gave us.
