The technician was very knowledgeable and gave me some tips and explained what had gone wrong with my dryer. He fixed the problem very quickly. The only thing that would have been nice would be a more narrowed down time frame of his arrival but I can't complain too much because I called in the afternoon the day before and got an appointment for the next day
The technicians were professional and kind. They also checked other items on my refrigerator, to make sure everything else was working correctly. :)
The technician did fix my dryer; apparently a cheap plastic lever was broken off of a switch inside the dryer door. Apparently this is a very common problem. The $79.00 'Diagnosis' took less than a minute. The replacement switch (not surprisingly the technician had one in his truck) cost $29.00 retail (probably cost Sears $5.00). My real concern is that in addition to the $79.00 'diagnosis' I was also charged an additional $80.00 to replace the broken switch - which took less than 20 minutes.
