Brandon replaced a damaged part for my dishwasher and clearly explained the repair and the Warranty agreement.

My credit card was charged twice by Sears for the same amount for the repairs. The labor charge alone was way way to high and it took 4 days to show up from the time the initial request for repairs was asked for.
