The tech was extremely professional and arrived early. I was explained in detail the issues causing my refrigerator problems. Friendly service and made sure the work area was cleaned prior to leaving
My credit card was charged twice by Sears for the same amount for the repairs. The labor charge alone was way way to high and it took 4 days to show up from the time the initial request for repairs was asked for.
