We had a code 84 High Pressure Lockout (in the heat cycle) in our Carrier Heat Pump a year ago. Tech came out and replaced a capacitor, but it was already into spring so we didn't find out that it didn't work until next winter. We called in December and the tech came out again and did tests and didn't find the problem. He said he would check with other techs and call us back with info. Tech was excellent but scheduling service takes a month. Parts then have to be ordered and add another month for installation! Not acceptable for a refrigerator! It took two and a half months to bring things back to normal.
They do a hreat job with the repair but it take a month in a half for them to repair it ���� When you have 3 little ones and your washer breaks it's not good
We've just had preventative maintenance on our heat pump and air handler. The Tech was on-time thorough and courteous.
Great job fixing appliances. But takes more than a month to get them out for the repair. Unacceptable, and would prevent me from purchasing with them in the future
