We recently had a new compressor installed in our refrgerator. We needed a follow up visit due to an unexpected clog in drain. Both technicians were great. Would highly recommend them both
Service technician for our HVAC repaur was fabulous. The call center as usual is HORRIBLE. They schedule repairs to wrong service addresses. On my TV repair, they gave me a window of 8 am to 1 pm. They said to call on scheduled day of repair at 7 am to get a more precise window. So, I did. They told me we were 2 nd on the technicians schedule so should be around 10 am. Never heard from them so I called at noon, 2 pm, and 4 pm and they finally told me they didn't have the part so we needed to re schedule. 90% of the time the ... read more
My technician, Ivan, was wonderful! Although, the service dept sent the wrong part, Ivan pieced it together so that I could operate the machine temporarily until the correct part was shipped. Ivan was extremely kind and very professional. He went out of his way to try to obtain the correct part locally, but was unable to get it. He truly is a professional.
My technician was great!! He diagnosed the problem and found that I didn't need to replace the part I thought was defective.... I was so grateful that he was well trained enough to solve my refrigerator issue in a timely and economical manner...
The technician was friendly and arrived on time. He identified and explained what the problem was and was efficient in remedying the issue.
