Not a good experience. I recommend contacting a local appliance repair shop instead.
Their technician fixed my furnace that 4 other technicians from differenct well-known companies could not fix for a week. I was on the verge of getting it replaced till i called Sears and it was up and running. They are Life savers!
Considering the weather today, his on time arrival was appreciated he fixed my dryer, and although I am happy with his work, he could have taken the old used parts with him when he left.
