I wasted a whole day waiting for them and the repair man showed up at 4:22. He was there about an hour to replace a heating element. The total bill was close to $400. The labor charge was almost $200. This one is for roughly an hours worth of work. I will never buy another Kenmore appliances again. Norwill are used to Sears repair service ever again.
I was charged for labor of part no longer available. How can you charge for parts to be installed that are no longer available? This labor was higher than the service call. I will never use your service again!
