Robert was great! He diagnosed the issue and was very transparent about how much it would cost to fix the issue in comparison to the cost for a new machine. Fair, honest and reliable. Cant recommend him and Sears enough.
The absolute worse. I would never ever recommend this company to anyone. The come in without the materials to fix the appliances. They charge double what the item is worth just for the labor. Just to diagnose the issue its 160.11 without even seeing if their diagnosis is correct. This company is a complete rip off ! I tried calling to speak with someone a there’s not a live person. We are extremely disappointed with Sears Home Services. Our gas range is covered under a protection agreement, yet multiple service visits over many months have failed to fix the issues. Each time, the technician says they need to come back for a different reason, appointments are rescheduled or canceled, and sometimes they show up on days we barely agreed to.
