Even after identifying the issue was in fact not the ice maker continued to replace ice maker. The proceeds to diagnose a broken fan and advised for us to keep an eye on it. Freezer still not producing ice.

Refrigerator stopped working, diagnodtic was bad defrost heater. Waited a week for return after parts arrive. $800 and 10 days later same trouble. Replaced heater and sensor $450 labor. Ordered a new Refrigerator can't wait more time with food in coolers. Save time and money, just get replacement. Appliances don't last anymore.
