On time, was easy to schedule on line, repairmen was nice, quick, and polite.
Technician was great. Professional, great advice and quick work. My problem is with Sears service. Follow-up service not scheduled properly, parts not ordered and when I called nobody could help me. Not sure if the "warranty" is worth it.
