Evaluation of dishwasher and refrigerator maintenance. Brian was very informative and went above and beyond the call of duty. He did not get to sell me something that I did not need.
Service was perfect. mower now up and mowing
On 10/10/22, I requested an in-home service repair for my Sears washer. On 10/24/22 Service Technician Brian P. arrived at my home. Brian P. initially implied he would wear a mask, then suddenly refused my request to join us wearing masks to protect me and my family as well as himself from the COVID-19 virus. He departed immediately while admonishing me that he was the only authorized Sears repair technician for the area and if he returned to repair my washer, he would not wear a mask.
