Called twice for an appointment and waited all day for them to show up. Called at the end of the day to find out what's up and they said I never made an appointment. Pretty sure I did. If you want someone reliable go elsewhere.
Our service repair technician was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. He fixed the issue with our ice maker and his explanation of what is causing the issue will help us to hopefully avoid more problems in the future.
Company canceled first Diagnostic Visit midway through the day. We declined the repair due to cost on the next visit but the following week decided to go ahead with it. Despite @1hr of chatting with the Customer Service they scheduled us for a 2nd Diagnostic visit not a repair, the part had to be ordered. Wasting another workday for me. Also, they wanted to charge us for the second Diagnostic visit.
Problem solved on one visit :)
Absolutely outstanding service.
