My washing machine has been non functionable for two full months. There have been four service calls. One part was unobtainable and had to be ordered on Amazon. It was the wrong part and sent back. When the part came it was broken. The repairman said I was OK'd for a new machine replacement. When I called, that had been cancelled but I wasn't informed. Nightmare! Will never get a Sears Master Protection Agreement again. Called since October 5 for my washer and after 4 appointments & part not made or available or repairable they are still having me wait till November 13!!!! Without a washing machine! With what I have paid on the maintenance agreement I could have bought a washer already!
The service technician arrived on time as promised. He was professional and explained everything I needed to know. The part that was ordered was shipped as requested. My refrigerator is working good as new.

Paul is an exceptional and knowledgeable serviceman. He repaired my microwave and it is now working great. He had to order special parts and he scheduled the follow up visit for me and came back to install the necessary parts. I am very pleased.
