I waited 2 months to get a service person to our house to look at our 5 yr old refrigerator. We were told that the compressor was not working. The compressor was covered under warranty but it cost us $550 for labor which was 1 hour of work. I called the company to make sure we were charged correctly and they said that my compressor was not covered under warranty and thats why it was so expensive. The service man was supposed to call me but that never happened. This is not acceptable and I will never purchase from Sears again... read more
