My problem is with Sears Home Service and not with repairmen. Repairmen were professional throughout 5 minute visit. I paid $249 for them to tell me parts were not available. Sears had all of the information needed before the visit. I told them the age of the unit and which parts were needed. They should have told me then that parts were not available. This borders on scam
