You can’t get an actual person on the phone when things go wrong. My tech went to the wrong address and I paid him. I can’t get a refund . I was hung up on and now it’s impossible to get a customer service agent on my phone. I assume the number is blocked and all I get is AI agent. Horrible…very frustrating. Scripted foreign call center service. The worst. Sears was a trusted name , now it’s just a purchased name to fool the public into thinking they will get good service. Sad
