When I first called Sears for a repair years ago, they were prompt and the technician was knowledgeable and helpful, along with customer service. However, this is just to get you into a contract. Once you have an agreement with them, they are unreliable; not to mention, phone calls are AI generated that all they do is to waste water from the planet, and it can’t solve you any issues.
