Clint was amazing but my experience with Sears service was terrible. They cancelled my appt 4 times and rescheduled when they wanted to. It was going on for 3 and a half weeks. Hardly ever got to speak with a real person. All AI. Never called back so when I actually spoke to someone they just kept transferring me to another dept. Each technician had a different opinion and the only real help was Clint. He was very proficient and repaired the washer when the rest of the technicians could not. This ui the worst business experience I have experienced. I have their protection plan and used their AI scheduler to make an apt. Was told the technician woukd handle the plan details. The technician called to say he was on his way and that he would have to collect the deposit. I told him I have the protection plan and he told me that due to the way the AI bot scheduled that he could not complete the repair under my plan.
