I appreciated the whole service experience. I had a microwave over the stove under warranty. I called when it broke. They scheduled a repair person right away. He came and was very nice and helpful but needed more parts for the issue. As it turned out he had to order twice more but each time the parts came and he came promptly to put the part in. I could never have afforded to pay for the repairs so I was thankful it was under warranty. The repairman was Mark and he was very helpful and professional and fast!
Very knowledgeable, great repair team!
