Thanks for the great service and for explaining your diagnosis in a clear and concise way as well as listening attentively to our concerns and our experience with the appliance. Furthermore, as two male technicians it was nice to not have you speak to me as a woman in a condescending tone or not dismiss what my thoughts were on the problem with the appliance. Polite, knowledgeable, fast and neat.
My refrigerator had a slow leak from somewhere within the water line inside the unit, in the filter, or within the ice maker. The fridge was disconnected from the water source and moved to repair damage in the kitchen. The repairman replaced the water valves but would not hook it up to test that the fix worked and the leak stopped. The back cover was torn off and not replaced, and the mess was left on the floor.
