I am extremely disappointed with Sears Home Warranty. They no-called, no-showed three separate times without any notification, causing me to miss work and lose income each time. After the third time, I had enough and called to cancel my contract. Instead of honoring my request, they promised to send emergency service out that same day but once again, no one showed up. I had this company come out to fix a refrigerator about a month and a half ago. They gave a quote and charged my card for $600.00 for a new fan replacement. After 3 days of waiting i reached out a dozen times to get an update. The call center in **** cannot locate my file and had no information. They took my money and never returned to fix anything.
