Been with Sears since we got our (now 5 year old) dog. We recently had a scare where she wasn’t eating due to some bad treats, so we called Sears and came in for a visit. Dr. Bonnie helped explain what she thinks we should do and we went with Subcutaneous fluid and medication Emavert. They explained the Subcutaneous Fluid extensively but nothing about the medication, I assumed it’s just a quick needle prick like with vaccines. We have received nothing but fantastic care from the staff at Sears Animal Hospital! From yearly vet checkups, dietary consultations for our pup with a sensitive tummy, helping us work through the loss of a beloved cat, major surgical needs and rehab therapies, managing training needs for a reactive dog, they have supported us and our pets through it all. We are grateful for the kindness and caring approach. Would highly recommend this team to anyone with veterinary needs.
Sears Animal Hospital is awesome. Everyone is so kind and caring. Never difficult to get an appointment. Reception is always on the ball and the Vets know their stuff. Great location.
I’ve had many vets for my dogs over the years and sears animal hospital is top ten. From the amazing front desk staff to the techs and the Doctors they are knowledgeable, friendly and so caring about my dog’s health and well being. Look no further if you are considering a vet clinic!!
My dog had a horrific leg injury and Sears was recommended by both my veterinarian and the London Referral and Emerg Clinic to provide rehab after 10 wks healing. We went for our consult and they explained every process and what and why they recommended each type of therapy. I felt very relieved when we left that she will be in great hands. Also helped knowing the veterinarian had the same breed of dog so knows their unique issues.
