The technician was great, found the problem, ordered the part and he scheduled the part installation for 15 May between 8 and 12. Part arrived 14 May. I got a text this morning 15 May from an AUTOMATED AI system stating the repair was scheduled for 21 May between 8 & 12 contrary to the technicians scheduling of 15 May. Since the technician had already scheduled the repair I tried several different numbers to get a real person to resolve this scheduling issue.
