Technician was great. Good service as always. Automated phone service was terrible. Need an option to talk to a human person.
Stuart was great. Showed up on time and very knowledgeable. Found the problem and gave me my options. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
On our Eighth service call on our 4 month old GE stackable washer dryer combo, the technician sent a long list of requirements for his work environment. This was a first . None of the techs before made demands like this tech , only courteous texts giving arrival time ...Very professional...This tech , number ,4 , arrives and leaves in two minutes saying he can't work here in our tiny home or this enviroment?
