Such a pleasant experience! I am very impressed with our technician Jerry, he was so kind and professional, and got us taken care of quickly.
I would give 0 stars if I could. They are a joke. 5 trips out, my washer still doesn't work. Technicians don't know what they are doing. They are using ai and gpt to walk them through repairs. To top it all off the technician broke my cold water valve behind my washer and tried to play it off like he didn't and they have refused to fix it.
