I have a HUGE problem with the extreme lack of ability to speak with any live person when calling Sears regarding my appointment and service request. The only contact service number given feeds the caller to an automated system that takes the caller down a rabbit trail of options, non of which leads to a live person. My previous service appointment was scheduled and confirmed many times, right up to the day and time when I was expecting the service tech. Nice man, knowledgeable
Hussein arrived as scheduled. He repaired the dishwasher, gave me several tips on correctly operating the dishwasher. He was helpful and professional. I would welcome him again as a repairman.
Constant estimates on arrival inaccurate and annoying. Kenny was fantastic
