Don't know anything about this place but the town nearby looks very poor 😕😔. I hope they would be still happy. I found this weird place on a long drive.
The largest employer in the area, the borax industry has been here since the minerals were found in abundance here a century ago. Borax has found its way in countless products we use directly and indirectly every day but most are unfamiliar with it. It’s quite an educational experience. The whole area has an other-worldly look to it.
