Not real friendly but not rude really either. Prices are usually on point and they are quick. Just remember they close at like 4:44PM not 5:00PM so don't be running late.
We had a project for a few months here in town and their service was outstanding. Also the girls that work in the office were very professional and always willing to help us with any billing questions or inquiries. We recommend their service!
Well, I’ll have to give them a one star. It’s kind of sad when you show up at 1:15 with four bottles to fill up and you go inside, and they say they’re in the middle of lunch and cannot help you. Kind of a pain when you read their hours of operation and after you load them up and come into town too what is supposedly an open place for business. You might as well say that the business is closed for lunch if you’re not willing to help customers when they come in and it still shows that it’s opened.
We have been waiting For a week and half for them to bring us propane we called on 7-18-22 and PAID for $200 so we could get a delivery. we were at 20% so my husband called today 7-27-22 they said they would be here today now that we are at maybe 5%. I got home to find still no propane. 🤬🤬🤬🤬 I guess you have to live in vernal to get good service because the price office definitely doesn’t care about their customers Thank you Jason They delivered propane today 7-28-22 thank you again I really appreciate it..
Been trying to get my tank filled for a couple weeks when I was around 20% with no luck. Was told I was on the schedule for delivery last week but it did not happen. Sitting around 6% now and trying conserve energy hoping they come Monday morning. Edit: thanks for thr quick response
