Urgent Care sends the patient back at a certain time and that patient has to wait an hr or more to be seen.
I have only ever received excellent care and respect from all branches of searhc. I go to them for vision, dental, mental and medical healthcare. Going to the doctor has always been a scary thing for me in the past they have helped me eliminate that anxiety.
It’s funny how the call it urgent care and then treat you with no sense of urgency or care
