The woman, Tia, was rude on a whole new level. I came in with my boyfriend who had an appointment, and my boyfriend wanted me to go with him, in which the lady rudely said only he could go all the way in. Mind you, might I add for context, this woman was an African American woman. She brought my man back there, and she was speaking very loudly and of course her voice echoed.
