Excellent customer service, very professional and honest
Mr. Gandy is a pleasant smooth talking southerner. If that will win cases then he is your man. I found Mr. Gandy through my employers Employee Assistance Program or EAP which promised me a reasonable discount on his cost per hour. My first complaint in open court he announce as required his rate and how much he had billed me, Well he billed me full rate without any of the agreed upon discount required through the association he gets referrals from. DONT USE GANDY EVER. He ruined my life because he was too lazy. Period. He thinks he can do nothing and win. He did not try to prepare me or defend me in court. He allowed my ex to tell lie after lie and never once tried to show otherwise. He literally handed the case to the other party. Did not care one bit. He is washed up and useless now. Use your money elsewhere before he ruins you too.
