I search several months for a zero turn mower all different brands and models. I finally decided on a badboy. when I narrowed my search down the the Searcy super store because of the family oriented atmosphere and people, they all very friendly and knowledgeable with what size and power I was needing for my property. The service is far better than a big box chain, they pick up my mower and called me and let me know what work was needing to be done it. Bad Boy Superstore isn't just your stop for Bad Boy mowers, but other brands such as Toro. I recently purchased, 7/5/25 at 11 am, a Toro Z Master 4000 31 hp Kawasaki, 60 inch deck with MyRide, Model number 74055. My old mower was a 2009 60 inch Toro Titan ZX6000 with an aftermarket suspension seat and it would take 9 hours to mow my property. Way better dealers to work on your mower in this area. Was told one thing then completely different next phone call. We was treated completely rude by employees cause there’s no management to handle any issues with customers. Picked up mower and Sherwood Tractor fixed for half the price they had quoted with no trickery. Yes I’m sure this is the correct bad boy store we received terrible service!!!!!! It wasn’t brought in under that name it was a different name.
