front desk staff is so rude. they talk to you like you are 4 years old. so condescending. which is a shame, because the vet himself is great. the ladies that answer the phone need attitude training. I asked a basic and simple question, I didn't even have a chance to be rude first, and she snapped at me and talked to me like I was a child. find another vet, or hope that this one has staff changes soon.

My wife and I love the service we have received at Searcy animal clinic! We always know that our dog is in good hands and that we will be charged appropriately for the services we receive. This is our first dog so we’ve had lots of questions; the staff members have been so encouraging and helpful during the entire process.
Dr. Jordan is so great no matter what dogs or what's wrong very caring dr.
