My experience was ok for the most part but when it came time to the interactions it was a bit over bearing at times. One example is before I could even check my emails my recruiter was calling me. It's not my first rodeo. I've used recruitment before. My comment is not to bash but to educate it made the experience feel like my recruiter was more worried about making sure he's going to get his commission versus being an actual aid to get through the process.
