Phenomenal burgers, great whiskey, great service. Gonna be my go to place for burgers from now on.
The food was awful. Very limited menu. Example...who makes potato skins with cream cheese and fake bacon bits? The bartender couldn't even refill my water in a timely fashion, she was too busy flirting with my husband to bother.
First place in years that was pure perfection from start to finish. Jenna was a dream! Great server/bartender and made phenomenal drinks. The food here is top notch! Great wings (garlic parm this visit but will try others soon.) The burger patties taste like actual meat with delicious juicy flavor, unlike most burgers around here that are just flavorless. I’ve driven by Sear Burger & Whiskey countless times, and for whatever reason, the logo always gave me the impression that it was some sort of mid-upscale establishment. You know, the kind of place where the burger arrives on a wooden board with an unnecessary steak knife stabbed through the middle. Until tonight, when what I craved, and frankly needed, was a good seared burger. The first clue that I had completely misread the place came just inside the door: a sign telling us to seat ourselves. Fantastic, flavorful burgers with lots of customization options (my current go-to: bourbon bbq + jalapeños + arugula). Reasonable prices, great staff, a full bar with essentially unlimited options and a skilled bartender willing to learn off-menu cocktails (and get it just right on the first try). Cocktails are well made and their prices pretty standard for the area, but the volumes are noticeably more generous than what you get from most other places. And the environment is, well, just right. This place is a real gem.
