Horrible and the people who work here should be ashamed of themselves. They seem to have been removed from the Better Business Bureau directory so you can’t file a complaint. Be warned and do not bring your pets here if you care about them.
Adonis, aka Donnie, actually did not argue about going to the vet after meeting Dr. Lane and her team; previous veterinarians did not have the same impact on him. Donnie was a wonderful pit-mix and as he aged, Dr. Lane worked with his humans to provide him with treatment that best suited his needs. As one of his primary humans, and being a first time dog owner, Dr. Lane always explained options for Donnie's care and what to expect/and or not expect. Great veterinary services!
Missed a tooth infection during multiple visits in a dog that already had a prior history of oral infections. A rapidly growing mass over two weeks that was likely an abscess. Bone masses don’t grow that rapidly. No imaging was done and was just told “we will monitor it.” Poor dog ended up seizing and brought to an emergency vet and found to have osteomyelitis of his jaw and had to be put down. We had to lay our Snow to rest unexpectedly and the ladies in the office were so kind to me and my family. They walked us through the process and made and the difficult situation easier on us. They went above and beyond for us I highly recommend, and will be taking the rest of my animals there for well visits going forward!
