My family and I recently spent the weekend at this hotel and had a very positive experience. Historically, I've been hesitant about New Jersey shore hotels due to past encounters with outdated or poorly maintained accommodations. However, this hotel exceeded my expectations. We stayed at seaport suites from Monday-Thursday! 3 adults and 1 child toddler age, and we over all enjoyed our stay! Loved how close the walk was to the board walk! Very clean room and bathroom. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Shower pressure was mediocre but not horrible. The pool was very nice and clean as well. However my ONLY complaint was the person above us, sounded like they were going to come through the ceiling at night. made it difficult to sleep the first 2 night we were there. I stayed 2 nights with my daughter and her friend. I booked this hotel for proximity to the boardwalk and the fact it had a separate bedroom for the girls, and the pullout couch for myself. I wanted to give the 2 teen girls some privacy. I did not realize the bedroom has NO door on it. So be aware of that. The hotel room was nice and clean. I did have to ask for an extra blanket for the pull out couch as none were provided in the room. Staff were nice and accommodating. The shower did made a loud noise when on. The valet left windows & sunroof open on my 2024, 20,000 mile vehicle in a rain storm. We were informed of this by employee upon checking out of hotel. Filed police report and Spoke with general mgr. said she needed to investigate & would get back to me, she never did. Called her this morning she didn’t recall saying she would do anything. In the meantime, my car smells terrible and I want them to pay for detailing in the hope it will resolve the problem. I will give an update when & if I hear anything more!
