We have been living with our new storm door for the past month and have been super pleased with it. To be fair, anything would have been an improvement on the horrible aluminum/plexiglass storm door that slammed on us for a decade. In that decade I kept searching for a way to get a hardwood storm door custom made to fit the large door frame of our historic home. There is no question the product and the work is high-quality. The storm door options are truly beautiful however customer service and responsiveness could use some improvement. If you are lucky enough to have a smooth process it’s worth every penny. Our door is beautiful and completely enhances our home.
