We have had Seaport pest control for our pest and insect service for a little over 1 year. We typically don't have an issue, the technician only comes to the house for less then 30 mins unless you as for something specific inside pest control wise. So at the most recent visit I had mentioned I have mice issues which has been an issue for a year. I am very disappointed with my service contract.my contract was from 7-15-2023 to 7-15-2024. I am paid up until 7-15-2024. Currently, I have tiny bugs on my kitchen counter and bathrooms, so tiny u can barely see them. Since my contract doesn’t end till the middle of July, I thought I would call them and see if I can get someone out here to treat them. They said no, the last day was June 21, 2024. Now, does that make sense? I paid over $60 a month for 1 year, $753 a year and they can’t come out one last time to treat pests? ... read more
