The best part of my month is coming to Seaport Medspa! I’ve been seeing Lizzy, Mari, and Amanda for numerous treatments for many years and have always had a lovely experience. Everyone is welcoming and professional and makes me feel comfortable during my treatments. I always recommend seaport medspa first when people ask me where to go in Boston. The best in the city and beyond!

Carly is amazing!!! I’ve been going to her for about a year for dysport! She is a great injector (minimal pain for the lip flip! IYKYK). 10/10 recommend. The spa is so cute and always super clean. Great vibes all around. I’ve since recommended multiple friends!
Absolutely atrocious. This place is a masterclass in how not to run a medical practice. I’ve been to elite medspas across New York, Beverly Hills, Milan, and Paris—and this was hands-down the most unprofessional, chaotic, and shockingly careless experience I’ve ever had. They have no respect for client time, no communication protocols, and no basic understanding of continuity of care. I have been going to Mari for a few years now and I don't trust anyone else with my lips! I am pretty particular with what I like and how I like them to look and she handles my nerves professionally and without judgment. She is precise and I appreciate her attention to detail. I love her technique and she makes sure I feel no pain which is a plus!!
