We were told it was a one hour boarding and said it started at 5:30, upon arrival at 5:58 they told us it was too late to board, horrible experience and no help at all from the staff. Scammed, took my money and will be taking further action.
FRAUD. ROBBERY. DECEPTION. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. This was an absolute RIP-OFF. The tour description was NOTHING—absolutely NOTHING—like what we experienced. We paid a substantial amount of money to be on a boat for a SPECIAL Tall Ships tour. We were specifically led to believe that we would be watching the Tall Ships leave Boston in a parade. Horrible boats, disgusting, old, and look terrible. Terrible crew, I saw some of them smoking on a “no smoking vessel”
It was soooo awesome and the food and drinks were amazing....the music and games were great as well.. it is a great time Stephen and the crew were on point....
