Overall friendly . Everything was explained, but there were some last minute details which should of been done day before . As one of owners in another state
Don't use this company. We had a deal with them where the seller specified using them and it has been disastrous. No response. My insurance is about to cancel because I don't even have a copy of the closing documents after many emails, phone calls, and promises that they would send it. I am even afraid it has not been recorded.
The lack of communication is absolutely overwhelming. When I have to title an email: 5TH REQUEST, something is very wrong. To make matters worse, when they responded to my 5th request, it wasn't even what I needed. I just gave up. You also can never get anyone on the phone. Their wiring instructions require that you call to get the first three digits of the account number to avoid wire fraud, well, that's really thoughful of them, however, since you can't get anyone on the phone, you won't be able to confirm the numbers.
